These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and FXPPAY Global Ltd. when you access or use our products.
1. Nature of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and FXPPAY Global Ltd., a company incorporated in Seychelles. By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to use FXPPAY. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and 2FA settings. Any action taken through your account is deemed to be authorized by you.
3. Freezing of Accounts and Restriction of Services
FXPPAY reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to immediately freeze, suspend, or terminate your account if:
- We suspect a violation of these Terms or any law.
- We detect suspicious activity or a transaction exceeding USD 5,000 requires manual verification.
- We are required to do so by a court order or government authority.
FXPPAY shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including market fluctuations, occurring during the period of account suspension or investigation.
4. Irreversibility of Transactions
All blockchain-based transactions and fiat settlements are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network, FXPPAY cannot cancel, reverse, or refund the assets.
5. Service Fees
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees and exchange rate spreads as displayed on the interface at the time of the transaction. Users are responsible for any third-party bank fees or network gas fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXPPAY Global Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our gateway or the failure of any third-party payment clearing system.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
